It is necessary to not to squeeze the body like that while dancing, it is extremely unhealthy, especially if the rehersals or classes are for an hour or more. Hey girll, i think mainly its your nerves and that your body is a bit stiff from nor dancing for a while. Everytime you take a look at a video, just remind yourself that you havent danced in a while so its normal to be a little out of touch, but observe where you could improve without literally bullying yourself. Js think to yourself, would someone stay if i corrected their mistakes in dancing the way i correct mine? Ik its very overwhelming but you can do it, and we all are rooting for u!!!
